Ricardo Fuller will make his first appearance in a Blackpool shirt this afternoon in a specially arranged game behind closed doors.
Paul Ince is desperate for his new signings to get game-time under their belt and is expected to field a strong side against Bury today.
Fuller will be joined by Michael Chopra, Nathan Delfouneso and Bobby Grant in a match to be held at the League Two club’s training ground.
Manager Ince said: “We need to get the lads games, but we also need to be careful we don’t push them too hard.
“We need to get through the next couple of games, then have a mini pre-season for the new players. So the international break can’t come soon enough.”
South African triallist Daylon Claasen is expected to feature today as are Bob Harris and Tom Barkhuizen.
One player who won’t be involved, though, is defender Jake Caprice.
The right-back has travelled to Scotland to discuss a move to St Mirren, he is yet to make his Pool debut, having joined from Crystal Palace last summer.
