Saturday’s FA Cup fourth round home clash with Sheffield Wednesday is on course for a sell-out, with fewer than 1,000 tickets remaining.

Pool are bidding to reach the last 16 for the first time in 22 years.

The ticket price has been slashed to £10 (£5 concessions) and there will be 650 extra seats for home fans in the east stand. Wednesday have sold their 2,500 allocation.

Meanwhile, teenage keeper Chris Kettings has gone to Morecambe until the end of the season. The Scotland Under-19 international had a loan spell at Woodley Sports in the Evo-Stik League earlier in the campaign.
