Fans currently disillusioned with how the club is being run will march on Saturday, May 6 from the South Promenade outside Blackpool Pleasure Beach towards the stadium.

While times are to be confirmed, it will take place on the afternoon of Blackpool's last game of the season against Leyton Orient - which is due to kick off at 5.30pm.

The protest is being organised by the Blackpool Supporters' Trust in conjunction with Tangerine Knights, who posted on their Facebook page: "Supporters from across the country will be in attendance to show solidarity between clubs.

"We as football fans are showing the world that we are all united in one common goal and that is to protect the game we love from being destroyed.

"Our supporters' trust have done a fantastic job in raising our issues with the football supporters federation who will be joining us on the day.

"We are sure Judgement Day 3 is going to be nothing like any protest seen before as together we are stronger, together we are a force and together we will win."

An estimated 4,000 disgruntled Seasiders fans marched through the resort last year for Judgement Day 2, which coincided with the 4-0 defeat to Wigan which all but confirmed Pool's relegation to League Two.
