BLACKPOOL midfield maestro Charlie Adam is in line for a dream date next month.
He is set to get the chance to pit his skills against the might of Brazil.
Scotland have confirmed they will play a friendly with the South Americans on March 27, at Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium, taking place at the end of a five-day training camp for the Scots at La Manga in Spain.
It will be the 10th meeting between the nations, with Brazil boasting seven wins, while there have been two draws.
Adam’s form this season has not been confined to admiring bosses like Liverpool’s Kenny Dalglish and Aston Villa’s Gerard Houllier, who have both tried to sign him.
Scotland manager Craig Levein has been delighted with Adams’ form.
“This game will not only capture the imagination of the Scotland support but also the squad, who will relish the prospect of testing their skills against one of the finest international teams in world football,” Levein said.
Brazil recently lost a friendly to France.
