Foxhall continued their perfect start to life in the Gold Bond Blackpool and District Youth Football U16 league.

Their latest success came in the form of a 4-1 win at BJFF Vipers courtesy of goals from Parker-Starkie(2), Waterfield and Muir, Berresford replied.

YMCA are close on their tails after beating Blackpool Rangers 4-2, despite going behind early in the game (see centre pages).

A Ryan Gardner hat-trick was enough to secure Thornton Cleveleys a 3-0 win at home to Kirkham.

Braces from Adam Hinchcliffe and Will Clegg, were added to be strikes from Sam Strutton, Sam Patten and Matt Turner as Wyre beat Layton 7-1.

In the Beta Division, Clifton are top after winning all three of their games, the latest a 2-1 win at home to AFC Blackpool, Liam Smith scoring both the yellows goals. Lee Casey replied.

Blake Shearing and Dean Glover were on target to keep Lytham Jaguars in the hunt with a 2-0 win at Poulton Town.

Jayden Marsh scored an incredible six goals as Layton Clarets beat Staining 7-4 with Tyler Robinson firing the other, Staining’s replies coming from Healey (2), Webster and Holdip.

Warton Typhoons (Tom Parkinson, Henry Fiddler, Ross Minshull) secured a 3-1 win at Fleetwood Gym.

In the U18 Lancashire Cup, both FC Rangers sides crashed out, with the Blacks losing 3-1 at home to Winstanley Warriors and the Blues drawing 2-2 with Walshaw Sports Club only to lose 4-3 on penalties.

In the league, AFC Blackpool (Liam Markey, Connor Slade, Connor Slater) drew 3-3 with St Annes (Lewis Evans(2), Ben Smith).

Spirit travelled to Blackburn for their second round tie against a well organised and well drilled Lammack side, and lost 6-4 after injury saw them end the game with just 10men. James Neville, Sam Kowalski (2), Kyle Hodkinson got the goals.

The U12 Lancashire Cup saw BJFF Blades beat Bridge 4-3 thanks to goals from Finney(2), Wilde, Whitehead, while Layton beat Gilliband Warriors 3-1 as Billy Ogden scored 2 and Ben Steveley was also on target.

Foxhall Hoops went out 3-0 at home to Longsands Lynx.

The only game in the league saw Poulton (Rees Horan) draw 1-1 at home to St Annes (Nathan Murray).

Squires Gate continued their great start in the U13 league with a 12-2 win at home to BJFF Vipers, which included a hat-trick from Lucas Stefan.

Also on target were Brogan Grundy(2), Ethan Golding, Lucas Millar, Connah Trevelyan, Josh Dell-Armstrong, Jack Robinson, Nathan Nicholas and Luke Myers. Nathan Winstanley and William Allen replied. A treble from Josh Hampson, braces from Declan Bond, Lewis Howarth and Dan Clegg, and strikes by Harrison Bailey and a Jamie Elliott strike saw Poulton beat St Annes 11-0.

Ryan Dodd went goal crazy as Lytham Juniors managed a fantastic 12-1 win at home to Blackpool Rangers.

He scored five, adding to goals by James Lumsden(2), James Hooper(2), Jack DeHavilland(2) and Joshua Adams. Joseph Windows got the consolation.

Clifton Rangers (Jordan Heaton 3, Macawli Hannah 2, Ben Staveley, Jamie Benson-Brookfield, Harry Shaw, Oliver Shaw) beat Foxhall Hoops (Dylan Henshall 2, Kaiden Shorrocks) 9-3.

Goals from PJ Allen(2), Jack Glover, Matthew Patchett and Aaron Clingan secured Thornton Cleveleys 5-2 win at Fleetwood Gym.

In the U14 Alpha section, Thornton Cleveleys Reds (Jack Wyres-Roebuck 2, Luca Berrea, Conor Thompson, Josh Wood, Joe Clueit, OG) stayed top with a 7-0 win against BJFF Blues.

BJFF Blades remain hot on the Reds’ heels after a 2-0 win at Poulton Town thanks to Orr and Cox. Kirkham held YMCA 3-3 after YM surrendered a two-goal lead.

Spencer Baxendale fired the home side ahead before Kirkham forced an equaliser from close-range.

Jeorge Coulthard followed in an effort off the crossbar to restore their lead before Molloy made it 3-1. A superb fightback earned Kirkham a point.

Blackpool Rangers (Michael Pangburn, Alex Roberts, OG) also drew 3-3 at home to Layton Lions (Luke Rawstron, Brandon Sissons, Adam Urquhart).

In the Beta Division, there are four teams with perfect records. BJFF Whites beat their Viper counterparts 10-3. The Whites scorers were Ellis (5), Smithson, Yau, Lang, Caldercot, Merser. Vipers goals came from Whitman (2) and Sellers.

Foxhall had a Sam Breeze double to thank for their 2-1 victory over Warton Typhoons Blues(Lawrence Chiwanda), while the Typhoons Gold team managed a 5-3 win at South Shore thanks to a Paul Cain hat-trick and a Jack Brett brace.

The last of the perfect four are Fleetwood Gym, who beat Layton Blues 3-2, consolations from the Blues coming from Denis Ballo and Ryan Boyd.

Layton’s Clarets team managed a 4-1 win at home to Foxhall Hoops as Adam Henderson scored a couple and James McDonald and Matthew Richmond were also on target. Declan Bonney replied.

The second round of the U15 Lancashire Cup saw mixed results for the Fylde coast teams, though Fleetwood Town (Green, Thwaites, Ritson) beat Fulwood 3-1.

Lytham continued their good start to the season and progressed to the third round with a 7-0 win over Layton.

Ollie Seers scored a superb hat-trick, while Josh Serghi. Sam Mitchell and Kai Clarkson Lowe added the others.

St Annes Bombers beat Aspull 4-3 in a thrilling game and they had a Sean Byrne hat-trick to thank, Michael Orosun firing the fourth.

Blackpool Rangers Tangerines (Nial Stocker, Paul Hargreaves) drew 2-2 at Ramsbottom but went out 5-4 on penalties.

Rangers’ Revolution team (Jake Deheney) lost 5-1 to Billinge Rangers and their D12 team crashed out 13-0 at Bolton Lions.
