Karen Dunford was 102nd in 48:12, followed home by Rick Pinches (128th, 51:04), Bob Massey (196th, 59:37), John Winters (205th 61:01), Victoria Talbot (238th, 69:34) and Fiona Little (246th, 80:06).
The Inter Club race was hosted by Chorley with Jess Rogers first junior and second lady in 31:40, while the Open team was sixth.

Hide AdThe women’s team finished third, the vet 40s were second, the vets were sixth, the vet 50s fourth and the vet 60s sixth.
In the Inter Club Fell Championship at the Boulsworth Fell Race, Laura Lawler (67:49) was 149th and Simon Scarr (70:08) 155th.
The Brodick Highland Games saw Connor Norman win the Under-11 boys’ 75m and Under-13s’ 100m, giving him the Stewart Dickie Trophy.
His sisters also competed with Georgia second in the Under-15 girls’ 200m and third in the 100m, while Chloe won the senior women’s 800m and was second over 200m.

Hide AdAt the Godiva Classic in Coventry, George Fox posted 12.88s in the 100m and 26.30s in the 200m.
Luke Rawcliffe (7:24) was first boy and Gracie Scott (8:44) first girl at the Park View junior parkrun.
Steve Dunn (12th, 20:35), Peter Gibson (45th, 23:58), Danielle Baines (53rd, 24:34), Rick Pinches (72nd, 26:00), David Twizell (76th, 26:11), Thomas Wilkinson (106th, 28:47), Malcolm Beech (124th, 31:13)), Andy Hume (137th, 32:33) and Sam Cooper (159th, 35:86) were at Blackpool, while Peter Singleton (21:59) was at Lytham Hall.
BWFAC held their Fun Relay day at the Stanley Park Arena with athletes of all ages competing in relays involving foam javelins and jumping, as well traditional track relays.
