New recruit for Fylde coast law firm

John Ferguson will take on matrimonial and children matters at the firm, which has offices in Fleetwood, Cleveleys, Poulton and Bispham.

Mr Ferguson, who lives locally, has a career in family law spanning more than a decade.

The 33-year-old (pictured, centre) said: “I am delighted to have been welcomed into the Inghams family.

“I have worked in Blackpool for the last two years and am excited to have made the move over to this dedicated team.

“Family law is an ever-changing landscape so there is important work to be done whenever someone decides to make a change in their relationship status whether married or not.”

Originally from Middlesbrough, Mr Ferguson joins John Muir and Chris Beckett in Inghams’ family law team.

Mr Muir, partner at Inghams and head of family law at the firm, said: “This is an exciting appointment for Inghams.

“John has a strong reputation in the area and we are thrilled to be welcoming him into our successful family department.”

Mr Ferguson’s work includes divorce, financial and property disputes, children issues and injunctive orders.
