Westcliffe Drive partially blocked after crash
Westcliffe Drive in Layton is partially blocked following a crash.
Police say the accident happened at 8.35am, and said an ambulance was on its way to help a man in his 40s complaining of neck and back pain.
One witness said the man was the driver a small white van, and could be seen in the street clutching his neck. She said a BMW was also involved in the crash, which happened outside P&G Bargains.
