HOLLIE Robinson is hoping to scoop a second beauty title in the space of a year as the 20-year-old has made it through to the grand final of a national pageant.
The current Miss Blackpool won over the judges in the Blackpool heat of the Grosvenor Casinos’ Search for a Model, held at G Casino, on the Promenade.
Hollie, from Lytham, wowed the judges with her polished runway skills, effortless poise and natural talent. The panel were impressed with her “confidence on the catwalk and versatility”.
Now former Rossall School pupil Hollie will battle it out on the catwalk against girls from across the UK who also won their local heats, on Saturday, June 9, at Grosvenor G Casino, Coventry.
The glittering final will be judged by an expert panel, including leading fashion show producer Lesley Goring.
If Hollie wins the title, she will scoop a prize of a professional modelling contract with leading London-based agency Nevs, as well as £1,000 in prize money.
The pretty blonde said: “I was so surprised I won the heat, given how many beautiful girls there were there.
“I am over the moon and looking forward to the final – and representing my favourite casino.”
Pete Watson, general manager of Grosvenor G Casino Blackpool said: “We are delighted Hollie Robinson has made it through to the final.
“All of the judges agreed her talent shone through at the live heat.
“We look forward to cheering her on at Grosvenor G Casino, in Coventry, and would like to invite local people from Blackpool to join us for what is guaranteed to be a fantastic night in support of our local girl.
“The event is completely free – you just need to come along on the evening to help us cheer Hollie on.”
Hollie is no stranger to winning beauty contests – as well as being Miss Blackpool, she also scooped the title of Miss West Lancashire and was a finalist in the Miss England pageant.
