A woman breached a court order after breaking a window at her former boyfriend’s home.

Karla Tilley, a 27-year-old bar worker, of Canberra Way, Warton, pleaded guilty to causing damage and falling to comply with a bail condition.

She was given a 12 months conditional discharge and ordered to pay £100 compensation with £85 costs plus £15 victims’ surcharge by District Judge Huw Edwards sitting at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court.

Martine Connah, prosecuting, said that on December 9 mother-of-two Tilley went to her ex’s home where he was with his new partner.

Children were playing in the front room when Tilley walked up and banged on the window breaking it.
