A cross-dressing man who was convicted of possessing indecent images of children has been caught after going on the run from police.

Keith Foster, 60, was wanted for breaching a community order and failing to notify police of his address.

Following a public appeal last week, Foster, who also uses the name Kirstie, was arrested in London.

Police, who say he frequently wears women’s clothing, said the 60-year-old, who was last known to be living in Blackpool, was apprehended over the weekend.

Foster was convicted of possessing indecent images of children at Lancaster Magistrates Court on September 11, 2013.

He was given a conditional discharge but placed on a sexual offences prevention order.

An appeal was issued on Thursday after he went on the run but he is now back in police custody.

A Lancashire Police spokesman said: “Keith Foster was found in London over the weekend.”
