UPDATE: Woman on roof talked down by police
A woman who was spotted dangling her legs off the roof of a Blackpool car park was talked down by police.
Emergency services were called at around 5.05pm to reports of a woman, believed to be in her 20s, sitting on the roof West Street car park opposite the Grand Theatre.
Police negotiators convinced the woman to come down at around 5.30pm. She was then taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital.
Road closures that were put in place on Church Street and Corporation Street have been lifted.
