WHAT a way to spend the morning.
Santa Claus enjoyed more than just mince pies and milk for breakfast when he visited Blackpool, to meet a group of Christmas loving children.
The lucky youngsters had won the chance for Breakfast With Santa, enjoying a meal with a difference before the bearded visitor shared out presents last Saturday morning.
Twins Dylan and Jack Peterson, six, from Blackpool, won the chance to meet Father Christmas after writing a letter saying why they wanted to say hello to him.
Dylan said: “He asked if I’ve been good and I have, I think my brother has been too.”
The pair, along with other youngsters aged between four and eight, had their winning letters chosen out of hundreds of entrants by Gazette readers.
The 11 children were entertained by Grandaddy and Nanny Trumble as they ate in Cafe Fresch, courtesy of Houndshill shopping centre, before taking home an early Christmas gift from Santa.
