Car flipped in late night crash

The incident happened at around 9.30pm on Sunday in Station Road, Poulton.

Officers were called at around 10.10pm to reports of a collision involving three vehicles.

The arrived to find a brown Mini Cooper on its roof.

Police were told the two occupants of the car had left the scene.

One is understood to have returned later on as investigations were being carried out.

A Black Vauxhall Corsa and a motorcycle were also involved.

An ambulance was called but nobody was hurt in the incident.

Police were unable to say whether anybody had been arrested.
