Emergency services had to cut a woman from a car which crashed in Poulton yesterday.
Three people were taken to hospital after a red Ford Fiesta collided with pedestrian railings and a traffic light on the corner of Garstang Road East and Poulton Drive at 12.35am.
Two men and two women managed to escape from the vehicle, while another female passenger had to be freed by firefighters who cut the roof from the car.
Two women, aged 22 and 26, and a 29-year-old man were taken to hospital by ambulance.
The 26-year-old suffered a fractured pelvis and a fractured hip.
The driver of the car is believed to be a 50-year-old man from Blackburn.
A police spokesman said officers are investigating the collision.
Two fire engines, from Blackpool and Bispham, were involved in the rescue and three ambulances attended the scene. No other vehicles were involved.
Anyone with any information about the crash, or who saw the car before the collision, is asked to call police on 101.
