RUSH hour traffic was diverted around Poulton and Staining this morning after a road traffic incident.
Police closed off Highcross Road, Poulton, at the junction with Marina Avenue, after an incident involving a motorbike and a car.
The road has now been re-opened to traffic.
Emergency services were called to the scene at 7.25am to the incident involving a silver Honda motorbike and a grey BMW convertible.
A male motorcyclist in his late teens or early twenties has been taken to Blackpool Victoria Hospital with a suspected broken tibia.
