Ten homes planned for Preesall pig farm
Ten homes could be built at Selby's Pig Farm, in Little Tongues Lane, Preesall, if planners at Wyre Council agree, documents showed.
They would be built in a courtyard arrangement, papers revealed, but the appearance and number of bedrooms had not yet been planned.
“Whilst the development would visually change the character of the site by introducing residential development, taken into consideration the surrounding residential properties, the provision of residential dwellings on this site would not result in a significant adverse and visual impact upon the wider character of the area,” they added.
The application was made by Mssrs Gornall and Dewhurst.
