THREE youths accused of making a cache of petrol bombs have made their first appearance before magistrates.
The trio, who cannot be named – two 16-year-olds and a 14-year-old – are charged with making the bombs in Freckleton in May this year.
Two of the defendants come from South Fylde, while the third defendant lives in Blackpool.
They are further accused of being involved in burgling a garden shed on Shackleton Road, Freckleton, where they allegedly stole petrol and garden tools.
The 14-year-old faces a further allegation of breaching an Anti Social Behaviour Order (ASBO).
Blackpool Youth Court agreed to adjourn proceedings against all three of the defendants until Thursday October 27.
One of the 16-year-olds was remanded in custody.
The other two youths were bailed on condition they keep a curfew and do not enter Shackleton Road as part of their agreement.
