A FORMER Blackpool FC star put his driving skills to the test when he attended a school open evening.
Liverpool FC player Charlie Adam, buckled up in a Formula One racing car simulator at Rossall School’s open evening held at the De Vere Hotel, Blackpool.
The Fleetwood independent school saw around 100 guests attend but meeting the football star, who now plays for the Premier League star was a bonus for pupils.
A spokesman said: “Charlie’s stint in the Grand Prix car was a highlight for some of the school’s pupils,
“Sadly, his laps in the car were not the quickest on the night, but he’ll be hoping for a speedier return to the Liverpool team when pre-season training resumes.
“We were pleased the event was able to show the school’s talented musicians on the night.”
