People who have died in road traffic collisions will be remembered at a Lancashire service on November 15.
The World Day of Remembrance Service is one of thousands being held around the world to support the families and friends of people killed on the roads, and honour the work of the emergency services. Anyone who has been affected by loss or injury following a road traffic collision is invited to attend. The service will be hosted by chairman of Lancashire County Council, Margaret Brindle, who will be joined by representatives from the police, fire and ambulance services.
The multi-faith service starts at 11.30am in the chapel in Christ Church Precinct, County Hall, Fishergate, Preston.
