Residents on a Marton “death trap” road are set to hold a meeting with police and council officials.
The meeting comes after The Gazette heard from residents in Midgeland Road, who believe more should be done to deter speeding commuters.
Anne Sergeant, one of the organisers of the meeting, said: “We are suffering.
“It’s going to get naughty if someone doesn’t help us.”
The issue of speeding motorists is most keenly felt by equine enthusiasts at the Midgeland Road Riding School, who say they have to put up with nuisance drivers scaring their horses.
The meeting is set to be held at the riding school from 6pm on Monday, July 14.
All are welcome to attend.
