POOL's fantastic result against Wigan was tainted a little by an injury to Ishmel Demontagnac.
After scoring a fine goal, the pacy wideman limped off early in the second half with a hamstring strain.
He won't be fit for the weekend and the manager is not happy with the setback, especially as there had been a mix-up which ended with Demontagnac playing for the reserves in Carlisle on Monday when he shouldn't have been.
"I needed to do something with my family so I didn't come up (to Blackpool) on Monday," said Holloway.
"I told my staff what I wanted – which was that I didn't want him to play because he was going to play against Wigan – and all of a sudden the lad has turned up to play for the reserves and played 50 minutes.
"I'll have to have a little chat about that.
"But it is my fault for not organising it.
"Maybe I should have brought Ishmel off earlier because he has now done his hamstring which will put him back a few weeks, which is really annoying.
"But it's gone, never mind, we move on."
