Suspicious activity has been reported at cash machines across Lancashire this weekend, police have revealed.
A spokesman for Lancashire Police said around a dozen reports have been lodged, and relate to cash machines at Santander branches.
An earlier warning covered the east of the county, but police later urged all residents to report anything suspicious after officers were spotted outside a cash machine in Clifton Street in Lytham.
"We've had about a dozen reports of suspicious activity at Santander ATMs in the last two days," the force tweeted.
"Please report anything suspicious on 101."
An earlier message read: "Please be extra vigilant when using Santander ATMs in the east of the county. Reports are coming in of them being tampered with."
