AN ABANDONED dog is looking for a new start after a turbulent few months.

Tallulah is a German Shepherd crossed with a Mastiff and was taken to Blackpool RSPCA after being found tied up in a derelict home in another part of the country.

The one-year-old was transferred to Longview Animal Centre on March 21 and is now ready to be re-homed.

A spokeswoman for the animal charity said: “Tallulah came via our national headquarters after being picked up by our inspectors.

“She has a lovely temperament but would not be suitable for a family with young children.

“She’s still young and quite bouncy and her new owners would need a big garden with reasonably high fences, around 6ft high.”

A donation of £120 is required to re-home Tallulah, which covers the cost of a full medical check.
