CHILDREN across the resort will be expecting the Easter bunny to deliver their eggs this weekend.
But a loving family could have two of their own furry friends as Rosie and Lily need a new home.
The pair of 18-month-old crossbreed rabbits are currently being looked after by staff at the Blackpool RSPCA animal centre on Division Lane in Marton after their owner was struck down with ill-health.
A spokesman for the centre said: “Rosie is black and white and Lily is grey and white.
“They are lovely girls, and very friendly.
“They need to be homed together.
“They will need to be in a large hutch with a run and garden to play in.”
The rabbits, which have been wormed, neutered and vaccinated, can be re-homed with a donation of £40 each.
