A MOTHER and daughter are in need of a new home after they were abandoned.
Friendly Jack Russells Freda and her daughter Frances were left at the Blackpool RSPCA centre on Division Lane last month and need to be re-homed together.
A spokeswoman for the animal charity said: “Freda likes playing with toys and being in the garden but is a bit more timid than Frances.
“Frances is confident and likes human attention and cuddles.
“She likes other dogs, but her mum isn’t so sure of other animals.
“Both would be suitable for a family home.”
The RSPCA would prefer the pets to be re-homed together and a donation of £220 is required to make this possible.
The donation provides the dogs with a full health check and makes sure they are fully vaccinated, neutered and have been micro chipped.
Last week’s pet, a cat called Lilly-Louise, is still waiting to be re-homed.
