TEAM GB’s Olympic heroes lit up Blackpool’s sky-line on the 100th anniversary of the Illuminations.
Beth Tweddle, Karina Bryant and Luke Campbell pulled the lever to light up the town just after 9pm.
More than 20,000 excited people descended on the Headland, which hosted the Switch-On for the first time.
A host of music stars took to the stage, with many people claiming year’s bash wasbiggest and best yet.
X-Factor winners Little Mix joined Amy McDonald, Paloma Faith, Scouting For Girls and Noisettes among others.
Blackpool singer Karima Francis also thrilled the crowds.
