Police pull over suspicious looking van in Blackpool suffering from lack of horsepower
Officers took a double take when this contraption drove past them in Blackpool today.
After a short pursuit, the van was abandoned in Bostonway in Blackpool.
Apparatus sticking high and dangerously out of the roof looked to be a horse-drawn vehicle.
Traffic officers on the scene Tweeted "This tried to evade us in Blackpool but was quickly located abandoned nearby. If the owners want their trap back then come see #Team4RPU"
