A 24 year old Blackpool woman became “belligerent and obnoxious” when she drank a lot, the town’s magistrates heard.
And when her partner heard her banging at their front door in the early hours of the morning he refused to let her in because he knew what a rage she would be in.
Instead Deborah Delaney started to rant in the street, moving around wheelie bins and then making a large dent in the door of her partner’s VW car.
Delaney of Falkland Avenue, admitted £300 of criminal damage to the car when she appeared at court. The court heard Delaney had a previous conviction from Preston Crown Court involving her behaviour when drunk.
Delaney was put on a 8pm to 6am curfew and made the subject of a year-long drink banning order which means she cannot enter pubs, clubs or licenced restaurants.
