Man stabbed on Layton street
A man has been hospitalised after being stabbed in Layton.
Police were called to reports of a ‘disturbance’ on Mather Street last night, where the man, who had been stabbed in the torso, was found.
He was taken by ambulance to Royal Preston Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
Police remain at the scene while investigations are carried out, and the street has been closed off.
