A TEENAGER was found with 10 bags of cannabis under the cover of his driver's seat.
Dale Sherlock, a 19-year-old tyre fitter, of Penrose Avenue, Marton, admitted possession of Class C drugs.
Martine Connah, prosecuting, said police stopped Sherlock’s Ford Fiesta on Collingwood Avenue, Layton, on February 7 at 12.25am
Sherlock told police he had drugs under the cover of the driver’s seat.
Allan Cobain, defending, said his client, who had no previous convictions, had used cannabis on a recreational basis. Sherlock had co-operated with police.
