Nancy gathering in support of BBC girl Jodie
PLEASE sir, can we have some more votes!
A group of friends dressed up and took to the streets to support their TV talent show pal.
Jodie Prenger is hoping to bag the coveted role of Nancy in BBC1's I'd Do Anything! talent search and star in a new West End production of Oliver!.
The show, which relies on a public vote, is hosted by TV funnyman Graham Norton and aims to fill the two lead roles of Oliver and Nancy under the watchful eye of Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber.

Jodie, 28, of Newton Drive, is one of the 10 remaining girls vying for the role in Sir Cameron Mackintosh's West End production.
And last night her friends headed on to the streets of Blackpool to hand out leaflets gathering support for the singer and actress.
Organiser Samantha Hayson said: "Everyone here has been helped by Jodie. She has made it her mission to make everyone's dreams come true and we're here to try to make hers.
"She's doing really well but she isn't the favourite so we need everyone in Blackpool to vote for her.
"She loves Blackpool and a lot of people in this town love her and we're here to let everyone know there is a Blackpool girl on the show."
Jodie's mum Madeleine added: "All the girls are living out their dreams.
"They get on so well and there's great camaraderie between them.
"Jodie's in fantastic spirits at the moment and it would make all her wishes come true if she won."
An online Facebook group has also been set up to promote Jodie.
