Parents are being given a chance to help shape the future for their children.
The Lancashire Fairness Commission is running a survey to try to find out how the current economic climate is affecting parents and their youngsters.
The aim is to see how the recession impacts, if it does, on people’s ability to be good parents, prepare their child for school, or support them through their teenage years.
The survey is being run by Lancashire Fairness Commission, an independent group set up in June to try to redress the inequalities between rich and poor areas in the county.
The chairman of the committee is the Dean of Blackburn.
