Fylde's mystery £135,000 Lotto winner
FYLDE folk are being urged to check their lottery tickets – because they may be missing out on a huge pay day.
National Lottery bosses are desperate to track down the winner of a 134,847 prize which has been unclaimed since the August 14 draw.
The ticket was bought in the Blackpool, Lytham or St Annes area.
The ticket was bought on the same day Blackpool FC marked their return to top flight football with a 4-0 win over Wigan.
A National Lottery spokesman said: "We're desperate to find this mystery ticket-holder and unite them with their winnings.
This amazing prize could really make a huge difference to somebody's life. We're urging everyone to check their old tickets again or look anywhere a missing ticket could be hiding."
The winning ticket matched five numbers and the bonus ball in the Lotto draw on Saturday August 14 when the numbers were 5, 13, 17, 31, 42, 46 and the bonus ball was 4.
The lucky ticket-holder has until 5.30pm on Thursday February 10 2011 to make their claim.
If not the cash will go to good causes.
Anyone who believes they have the winning ticket should call the National Lottery Line on 0845 910 0000.
