These prices are quite OK for ELTON, hes been about LONGER than most, and LIVE you will never see any artist who is just as good, NO MIMING, and he can sing live that sounds as good as he records, I saw him years ago in Birmingham at the NEC, and its the best concert Ive ever been to, In NOrway when he came last year the ticket price here was just about 200 quid, so you in Blackpool are LUCKY, and for once NO expences travelling to another town, and extra Hotel Bills to pay on top. Just buy the tickets, and enjoy this GREAT PERFORMER LIVE. I just hope tickets dont end up on E bay at 10 times the price. HAVE A GREAT CONCERT

Prces are high yes but how are they any different to a normal gig? Typical standard prices of around £30-35. Elton is a premium act so has premium prices.... Supply & Demand. You and I may not pay these prices but I bet there will be 10,000 people who will!

The ticket prices are high but they are the usual price to Elton, don't forget you get 2 12 hours and NO lip sync.from Elton [take note madonna fans] What will the disabled seating be and how do we purchase them? there is no mention on the ticket purchase sites. I MUST go to this concert in my home town, it will be my 40th Elton concert..

Have you been to a gig lately? It'll be nothing to do with the council - they wil have just dealt with actually persuading the artist's management for him to play the "venue". This is how his tour is priced around the country and depressingly, seem to be the norm for big artists these days. And of course, this is before the usual booking fee per ticket of about £5.

Elton John -Brilliant news. Then I saw the ticket prices ,what a joke!!I wont bother ,many will simply not be able to afford it, or have the council forgotten were in the middleof a deep recession??
