Crash blocks major Blackpool road
A CRASH near Blackpool Airport blocked the road causing misery for drivers this afternoon.
Police were called to Squires Gate Lane at 3.20pm after two cars collided near traffic lights.
One of the cars partially blocked the road when it mounted the pavement and hit a bollard.
Passing paramedics tended to both drivers.
The road was cleared by 4.40pm.
