Comedy tickets up for grabs

TICKETS for two upcoming "an evening with" events starring Jack Dee and Gordon Smith are still up for grabs.

Mistakes at the Lowther Pavilion Box Office saw a number of customers turned away and told the events were sold out.

But tickets are still available for both shows which will give fans a chance to interact directly with the stars.

The first event, starring Gordon Smith on October 6, will see the medium preview his new book "Why Do Bad Things Happen" and take questions from the audience.

The second, featuring Lead Balloon star Jack Dee on October 27, will showcase Dee's new book "Thanks For Nothing" in what promises to be an evening packed with laughs.
