Environmentalists are inviting shoppers to shake off the winter blues at a free, all day music event this Saturday.
Blackpool Greenpeace is staging Winterfest at the Pump and Truncheon in Bonny Street from midday to midnight.
As well as live music, the charity will be holding various activities and a talk on fracking.
A spokesman said: “We’ll have raffles, guest speakers, delicious food, pool and darts competitions, and music from local bands from midday until midnight.
“We’re hoping to raise lots of money on the day to support Greenpeace’s campaigns, while also having lots of fun.”
Among the bands will be The Lytham St Annes Shanty Crew, The Corsairs, Tommy Techno, The Freakbeats, The Cheap Suits and Sideline.
