Julie, who has been nominated in the customer services category, said: “EVAs recognise women in the North West who most inspire others through their entrepreneurial success across 15 categories.

“I believe that one of the main aspects of excellent customer care is that our
customers should be able to have absolute trust in the
staff they are dealing with
and I have made this aspect central to our company’s mission.”

Danielle, who is a finalist in the hospitality category, said: “Highfield Road specifically has three nominations and it is great to see that the calibre of businesses in our area is getting the recognition that it deserves.”

Customers are urged to vote for nominees, with the awards ceremony to be held on September 23.

Public voting closes on Monday September 9 at midnight.
