A Blackpool training and youth work provider has been recognised for its commitment to helping young people achieve their aspirations.
UR Potential, based on Central Drive, has been awarded Investors in People status.
The organisation employs 13 people and supports more than 650 volunteers.
Deborah Terras (pictured), director at UR Potential, said: “We feel incredibly proud of our staff and volunteers for supporting us to gain this prestigious award.
“Achieving IIP confirms what we already knew about our company but now everyone knows, that we are a professional organisation and the award gives us an amazing platform to move forward to develop best practice on a higher level.”
