Lancashire Care NHS Foundation Trust, which runs community services as well as The Harbour in Marton, said it will send a survey to 850 people over the age of 18 to ask for their feedback.

Executive director of nursing and quality, Dee Roach, said in a statement: “We hope the people who use our services will take the time to help us with this survey. Their views are vital in helping us to find out how we are doing and how we can improve. This is an excellent way for people to help shape the services we provide in the future.”

The survey will be led by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the national health watchdog, the trust added.
