There will be chance to become a TV star this weekend in Blackpool.
A national health campaign will be filming its latest advert at Blackpool Tower, at 10am tomorrow.
Launched by the Department of Health in 2012, the first Stoptober was hailed an enormous success with thousands of smokers quitting for the month of October, as part of the biggest mass participation challenge ever.
Stoptober is based on the idea if smokers can stop for 28 days, they are five times more likely to be able to stub out for good.
The campaign will be running again this year, with adverts featuring on the TV, in newspapers and on the radio.
Anyone who would like to take part in the filming and feature in the new advert should email Michelle O’Brien at firstname.lastname@example.org.
