A MULTICULTURAL sixth form college hosted its annual International Evening to celebrate its diversity.

Blackpool Sixth Form College teams up with Palatine Rotary Club every year to give foreign students a chance to share their experiences of living in the UK.

This year’s event featured presentations from current students who come from as far away as Hong Kong, Macau, Norway, Italy, Spain and Latvia.

Gary Pretty, president of the Palatine Rotary Club, said: “These students fit in so well to the sixth form and surrounding area while still maintaining their cultural values.”
