Members of the public are being asked for their views on planned changes to the way fire safety checks are carried out.
Lancashire Fire and Rescue is consulting on its 2014 Performance Report and Action Plan.
Planned changes include prioritising the most at-risk residents when carrying out home fire safety checks. It could see less vulnerable residents offered online help rather than a home visit.
One in eight of all home safety checks in England take place in Lancashire.
