Fire crews called to flat fire
Firefighters were called to a fire in a flat in South Shore.
Two engines from Forest Gate and one from South Shore attended the blaze in the ground floor property at Station Road.
Crews used four breathing apparatus, one hose reel and one ventilation unit to extinguish the fire.
No injuries were reported and an investigation into the cause is under way.
