A woman was seen running around a Blackpool street exposing her breasts, a court was told.
Paula Manders grabbed traffic cones and hugged them and swore repeatedly after taking a legal high.
Manders, 42, of Gorton Street, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to threatening behaviour and breaching two conditional discharges – one imposed for being drunk and disorderly, the other for shoplifting.
Pam Smith, prosecuting, said police received complaints a woman was running round Topping Street exposing her breasts on March 9 at 5.40pm.
Police arrived to see Manders struggling with two people who were trying to restrain her.
She then got hold of the traffic cones and refused to give officers her details and swore at them.
Suzanne Mugford, defending, said her client had taken a legal high after meeting up with a friend and had acted out of character.
Manders was sentenced to a 12-month community order with up to 25 days’ rehabilitation to be supervised by the Probation Service, put on an order to reside at her given address for four weeks, and told to pay £85 costs plus £60 victims’ surcharge by Blackpool magistrates.
