Rita Astbury, 56, of Milbourne Street, Blackpool, faces a possible jail term after she was sentenced in her absence to failing to send a child to school.
It is her third conviction for the same offence.

Magistrates then ordered medical evidence be produced showing she was incapable of appearing before them.
Warrants officer can now ask the police to help him get her to court using lifting aids of required.
Her lawyer Robert Castle said she is “physically incapable of attending court” due to a hip problem.
Magistrates ordered a warrant without bail for Astbury’s arrest.
