Security guards delivering cash to a Cleveleys bank have been ambushed by raiders.
It happened at Santander in Victoria Road West in Cleveleys at 6.55pm on Thursday.
Police say two or three men struck as the guards, from G4S, delivered cash to the bank.
One of the guards was shoved to the ground as he filled up a cash machine.
It is not known if they were armed or escaped with any cash.
The guards were unhurt.
Police have sealed off the area around the bank.
No description has been given of the attackers but it is believed they escaped in a light coloured car.
Detective Inspector Jim Elston is leading the enquiry.
