A 14-year-old boy appeared in court today charged with manslaughter after the death of a man in Blackpool on New Year’s Day.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared before magistrates at Blackpool charged with the manslaughter of Paul Walker.
The youth, from the Dumbartonshire area of Scotland, is alleged to have hit Mr Walker with a single blow from behind.
