A BLACKPOOL man has admitted breaching a court order and sexually assaulting a girl under 13.
Colin Milton, 45, of the rear of Henry Street, Blackpool, pleaded guilty to three offences when he appeared at Preston Crown Court yesterday.
He admitted two charges of sexually assaulting a girl under 13 and one offence of breaching a sexual offences prevention order.
This had involved him attending the home of a girl under 16, something he was prohibited from doing, due to an order being made at Blackpool Magistrates’ Court in 2009. He was remanded in custody for sentencing on October 3.
